Prices

All prices are shown in euros with VAT included. The shipping cost, where applicable, is shown before you confirm the order (standard shipping free from €200).

Order and payment

The contract is formed when payment is confirmed. We accept card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe; payment is always made online, including for pick-up at the Atelier. You will receive order confirmation and an invoice by email.

Shipping

From A Coruña via Correos, Correos Express or InPost (Spain) and Correos PAQ (European Union), within the times indicated for each option at checkout. You may also pick up at the Atelier (Rúa Juan Flórez, 87, A Coruña) — we notify you by email when your order is ready.

Legal guarantee

Products carry the legal guarantee of conformity (3 years, Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers). For any issue: info@nuu-atelier.com.

Gift cards

Nuu gift cards are purchased in the online shop, delivered by email as a code, and can be redeemed at nuuatelier.com or at the Atelier (Rúa Juan Flórez, 87, A Coruña). They do not expire and cannot be exchanged for cash; if you return a purchase paid with a gift card, the amount is refunded as gift-card balance. The 14-day right of withdrawal applies to the purchase of an unused card.

Dispute resolution

European online dispute-resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Spanish law applies; your rights as a consumer are always preserved.
