Returns & right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal (14 days)

You may withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. Write to us at info@nuu-atelier.com (or use the contact form) quoting your order number, and return the garment in its original condition. We will refund the full amount — including the initial standard shipping — within a maximum of 14 days from when we receive the return, by the same means of payment.

Return costs

These are borne by the customer, unless the error is ours (a garment that arrives damaged or the wrong item) — in which case we bear them and arrange it with you.

Condition of the garment

You may try it on as you would at the Atelier; a garment that has been used, washed or damaged through negligence may reduce the refund to the extent of its depreciation.

Did something arrive wrong?

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to us as soon as you notice — we resolve it, with shipping at our cost.
