What data we process, and why

(a) Order data (identity, address, email, phone) to prepare, ship and invoice your purchase — legal basis: performance of the contract. (b) Account data (if you create one) for your customer area — basis: performance of the contract. (c) Your email for commercial communications only if you subscribe — basis: consent, revocable at any time. (d) Minimal technical data for the security of the site — basis: legitimate interest.

Who we share it with

Only with those who make your order possible — the payment processor (Stripe), the carriers (Correos / Correos Express / InPost, via Sendcloud), our email provider (Microsoft 365) and hosting provider (Hetzner, EU-Germany) — and with public authorities where the law requires it. We never sell your data. There are no transfers outside the EU except those safeguarded by standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Order data, for the legal tax-retention periods; your account, for as long as you keep it; your subscription, until you unsubscribe.
